How to request deletion

1. In the mobile app: Settings → Request account deletion (or Profile → delete request flow).
2. On the web: Log in → Settings → Request account deletion.
3. By email: Send from your registered email to privacy@jambuedu.com with subject "Delete my account" and your registered email or mobile number.

What happens next

We process requests within 30 days. Your account will be deactivated and you cannot log in. Personal data is deleted or anonymized except where retention is required by law, your school's academic records policy, or completed payment/audit records.

Students / minors

Parents or guardians may request deletion on behalf of a student under 18. Schools may also manage student records per their own policies.
